Version 1.1135.0
- 2026-09-09
- When an import has carriers we can't recognise, we now show you just those rows so you can fix them without scrolling.
- On import, a plan that fails to match no longer causes the rows below it with the same plan name to fail too.
- When your sheet names a carrier exactly, imports now use it rather than asking you to choose from a long list of similar names.
- If a Scope of Appointment link ever fails to open, your client now sees a clear message with your phone number and email address rather than a document that never appears.
- Send SMS works again from the Actions menu on a client's profile.
- Book reconciliation no longer shows a note about carriers not publishing a policy status.
- If you keep more than one calendar in Outlook, you can now choose which of them show their appointments in the CRM — previously only your main calendar was ever shown.
- When you connect Dialpad you can now choose from all of your account's phone numbers — including your main company line — rather than just the one assigned to you, and each is listed by name.
- AgentForce is offering MedicarePRO users 20% off a monthly plan — the code is now shown on the AgentForce integration in Settings.
Version 1.1132.0
- 2026-09-08
- A spreadsheet that's too big to import now tells you so straight away, with its size and what to do about it, instead of appearing to hang.
- Adding notes, records and other details now confirms cleanly instead of showing an error after a change that had actually saved.
- The agent list in "Share with LOA Agent" now opens cleanly.
- If Connecture doesn't respond when you start a plan comparison, you now get a message saying it's at their end rather than a server error.
- Activating an agent on a package-seat agency now actually works, and tells you if your package is full instead of silently doing nothing.
- When you translate a template, the client-portal sign-in instructions are now translated too, rather than staying in English.
- Tasks assigned to you now always appear on your Tasks page, even when your agency lists you as staff under the same email.
- Agency Partners now appear in a compact list alongside your Staff, so the Members tab reads as one screen.
- Bookings made through an agency's Calendly link now arrive in the CRM, where previously they were silently missed.
- Saving a Connecture URL, a client portal, a Medicaid record or a commission-statement company mapping now tells you what is wrong instead of failing with a generic error — and a failed mapping save no longer clears the companies you already had.
- Adding a phone number or email address to a client who has a spouse now saves reliably, instead of appearing to do nothing.
- Applying a flag a contact already has, or re-syncing contacts to a connected app, no longer fails with a generic error — and the count you are shown is what actually changed.
- Integrations that were quietly losing their connection because their token was never refreshed in time now stay connected.
- If you've set your Auto Log-out to 6 or 8 hours, the CRM now keeps you signed in for that long — previously any setting above 3 hours was cut short.
- If your session ends while you're working, the CRM now takes you straight to the login screen and tells you why, instead of leaving a spinner going with no explanation.
- The formatting toolbar on your Client Portal custom greeting now stays visible every time you edit, not just the first time.
- When exporting a mailing list or SunFire list you can now choose whether a spouse is included always, only when they also match your report filters, or not at all.
- Saving a client's height, weight or tobacco status now works, and a bad request gets a clear message rather than an error page.
- Adding a flag a contact already has no longer throws an error — and one repeat no longer stops the rest of the batch being applied.
- Re-running an app sync for a contact no longer fails — the stored contact id is simply brought up to date.
- Drug lookups are faster on repeat, and when the public NIH drug database is having problems you now get a clear "try again shortly" instead of an error.
- Policy automations no longer fail when they reference a policy that has since been deleted.
- Deploys no longer have a short window where the app can error while it is being updated.
- When a connected calendar or mailbox provider returns an error page instead of data, you now get a clear "try again shortly" rather than an error.
- When you're sending an SOA or consent form by email and haven't connected an email account yet, the "set up integration" option now opens the setup screen properly instead of closing the form.
- If you haven't set up a security pin yet, the delete-profile window now just tells you to set one up, instead of showing a Continue button that didn't work.
- Repeat lead submissions from someone already in your CRM are no longer discarded — the new details are saved as a note on their profile, and a date of birth, phone, or email your record was missing is filled in automatically.
- Your texting number is now remembered when you send a Client Portal link, so you no longer have to type it in each time.
- Reconcile Book now reads dates of birth correctly from carrier files that write the year as two digits, so your clients match instead of being flagged as changed or missing.
- When you add a group of clients to a flow, you can now choose to leave anyone already in that flow exactly where they are in your pipeline.
- Searching for a pharmacy by name now shows each store once, so adding it to a client no longer creates a duplicate.
- Deleting a contact now removes it everywhere, not just from your lists — notes, documents and other details can no longer be added to a contact you have deleted.
- Carrier lists in the Life Quoter load correctly again.
- Birthdates and policy dates in Excel carrier books now import correctly, rather than arriving blank or as a number.
- Clients already synced to one Mailchimp audience can now be added to another one.
- When a contact can't be added to a Mailchimp audience, you'll now see the reason — including when they're already on that audience — rather than a sync that appears to work but saves nothing.
- Deleting a contact twice — a double click, or a retry after a slow response — no longer shows an error saying you cannot access the contact.
Version 1.1131.0
- 2026-09-04
- Deleting a group of contacts is faster, and the count you see afterwards is now the number actually removed.
- Inbound texts, call recordings and scheduled reminders are more reliably captured during brief periods of website slowness.
- United American books of business now import in either report format the carrier sends, and client addresses and phone numbers come across with them.
- Importing a spreadsheet no longer fails with an out-of-memory error when the file has stray formatting left far below the data.
- Transferred and queue calls now show everyone who handled them in your call history.
- When you clear a flag from several contacts at once, the confirmation now counts only the contacts that actually had that flag.
- My Book searches now explain themselves when something is missing, rather than quietly coming back with no results.
- If a phone, email or policy can't be saved, the profile now explains why instead of appearing to do nothing.
- Marking a lead as touched, or dismissing and restoring a lead, now completes cleanly instead of appearing to fail after it had already saved.
- Calendly bookings now arrive for agents whose integration was set up before the current one, instead of being silently missed.
- The HealthSherpa Medicare screen no longer shows a warning about prescriptions that transferred perfectly well.
- Calls placed through EnrollHere now show the right number on each side and attach to the correct contact.
- Sending a Simplii SMS before the integration is set up now tells you what to add and where, rather than showing a server error.
- Deleting a lead source that contacts still use now tells you how many use it and how to clear them, instead of showing a database error.
- Editing a Scope of Appointment that has no appointment date now leaves the date blank instead of showing 12/31/1969.
- Texts you send through RingCentral now go out from your own number and appear on your own records, rather than a colleague's.
- You can now import McLaren Medicare member files — pick McLaren Medicare from the carrier list on the Import page.
Version 1.1130.2
- 2026-09-03
- When a ringless voicemail can't be sent, the CRM now tells you why — and whether it's something you can fix in your integration settings or something at SlyBroadcast's end.
- When a ringless voicemail can't be sent, the Send button now resets and tells you, instead of spinning indefinitely with no explanation.
Version 1.1130.1
- 2026-09-03
- Email templates load again when you compose an email from a client record.
Version 1.1130.0
- 2026-09-03
- Attachments saved on an email template are now added automatically when you pick that template while emailing a client.
- Deleting a commission, editing a commission rate band, updating an office and updating a Sunfire link now work instead of erroring.
- Syncing a contact to Zoho CRM works again.
- Picking an email template in the composer works reliably.
- Reconciling a carrier's book of business now shows its progress while it works, rather than briefly looking as though the file didn't match.
- If the agency's details can't be loaded, the enrollment settings page now stays usable instead of showing a blank panel.
- Filtering your contacts by flag now works for every flag colour, including ones that aren't set up in Settings.
- Editing the start date on a calendar event now works smoothly, including when you clear the field to retype it.
- Renaming folders with names like "Scripts & Talking Points" now updates the page properly, without needing a refresh.
- If a save finished but the page didn't refresh itself, the modal and spinner could stay on screen. They now clear properly.
- Printing a letter from a client's profile now leaves a note on that profile, so there's a record of what you sent and when.
- Sales reports can now be run by application date, not just effective date — useful for seeing what was sold in a period rather than what started in it.
- When choosing your RingCentral extension, you now see your own rather than a colleague's.
- Writing and licensing numbers in Settings now display exactly as you typed them.
- The Leads page no longer fails to load when a custom lead status is missing its disposition.
- Leads your LOA agents add from a profile now show up on your agency Leads page automatically, the same as leads created from the agency side.
- Health Trackers now include GLP-1 and Alzheimer's disease, so you can flag and report on those clients.
- You can now change the date on a document, so paperwork you upload later still lands in the year folder it belongs to.
- You can now email a client straight after adding their email address — no more refreshing the page first.
- Group commission statements that list only the employer name now reconcile against your group policies, instead of showing every group policy as missing.
- Prescriptions you send to Plan Compare now show the quantity you entered, including inhalers, pens, creams and other non-tablet drugs.
- An email address entered on a Connecture enrollment now lands on the client's profile.
- A commission statement's payouts now add up to what the carrier paid when tag splits are used.
Version 1.1129.1
- 2026-09-02
- Tasks open reliably again, with their notes and participants showing as expected.
Version 1.1129.0
- 2026-09-02
- When a carrier spells an agent's name differently on different rows of a statement, both spellings now link to the same person — no more editing the sheet before uploading it.
- Changing an import sheet's status, editing agent writing numbers and RTS rows, updating lead fun facts and skipping a drug all save reliably again instead of silently failing.
- Dates of birth and Medicare enrolment dates arriving from Spark are now stored correctly, and a single unreadable date no longer stops a contact syncing.
- No customer-visible change — the affected buttons were already inert when their script was missing; this only changes what the browser reports.
- Turn on the new "New leads" notification in Settings and we'll email you as soon as a lead comes in.
- Exporting tasks to CSV is substantially faster, and large exports no longer risk timing out.
- No customer-visible change — this is internal diagnostics.
- The Calendly settings screen now says plainly which of your event types create leads, and flags any that Calendly no longer has.
- Printing a large letter batch a few pages at a time now leaves a single "Sent Letter" note on each client, instead of one per print.
- Birthday-milestone automations now reach every client exactly once, including clients whose birthday falls on the last day of a month.
- A save or delete whose response comes back malformed now shows the normal "try again" message instead of failing silently.
- Notes you paste in from another app now take on your CRM's own colours, so they stay readable.
- Reports now show the agent of record on every policy, including the ones handled by the principal.
- Agency-level personal access tokens now save and load correctly.
- Exporting your Connecture broker list now works.
- Deleting a record that has already been removed no longer shows an error.
- When an integration's connection expires, you're now prompted to reconnect it rather than shown an error.
- Adding someone to a Thanks.io mailing list they're already on now succeeds quietly instead of showing an error.
- You can now upload your Capital Blue Cross book of business directly — Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and under-65 policies all come in from the one export.
- Importing a Medica MAPD/IFP book during AEP no longer marks clients Canceled. Next year's restatement of a policy you already have is skipped, so each client comes in once.
- Kaiser books of business now import. Both exports — the Medicare book and the under-65 individual & family roster — are read correctly, and the member's own state, plan name and address come in from the sheet.
- Providence books now import. Uploading one previously produced an empty preview with no error, and a larger book was turned away as "not a valid Providence BOB report" when the real problem was its size.
- A Regence book that doesn't name a plan now imports the people in it as contacts. Previously the import invented a carrier and a policy type the file never contained, then stopped with "you don't have a column with plan names" and there was no way forward.
- Reconciling a carrier file that covers more than one company — an Aetna report carrying Allina Health Aetna or SilverScript policies, for example — no longer lists those clients as business missing from your CRM.
Version 1.1128.0
- 2026-09-01
- If you reach the daily email limit, the app now tells you clearly instead of failing with an unhelpful error.
Version 1.1127.0
- 2026-09-01
- Book a meeting for your team and it shows up on each attendee's calendar, not just yours.
- Contacts you have deleted no longer appear in your flows, so a stage total now matches what a report for that stage returns.
- If you delete a contact, any automation still queued for them stops — no further emails, texts, letters or voicemails go out.
- Automations can now target clients by how they answered your portal questionnaire — so a "no" to a key question can trigger its own email, flag or Flows stage without reviewing everyone by hand.
- Contacts who unsubscribe, or who are marked do-not-call or do-not-mail, are no longer contacted by your automations.
- When you send a text through RingCentral, it now goes out from your own number instead of a colleague's.
Version 1.1126.1
- 2026-08-31
- Text messages now work for everyone in your organisation who has connected RingCentral — they arrive in your CRM, and the ones you send go out from your own number instead of your colleague's.
- In Dark Mode, flow and stage names no longer disappear while you type them.
- The dashboard's Medicaid Renewals card now consistently shows the next three months of renewals.
Version 1.1126.0
- 2026-08-30
- Booking a meeting for a group? The event's "Attendees" field now takes as many agents as you need — open it, search, and tick each one — instead of blocking them off one at a time.
- Take yourself off a meeting and it leaves your calendar, and booking a meeting for a colleague puts it on theirs.
- Sending an email to a contact whose address is missing or mistyped now tells you straight away, and names the address at fault, instead of appearing to send.
Version 1.1125.0
- 2026-08-29
- When you add a client and their spouse together as leads, your lead automations now run once for each of them.
- Your security pin now works as soon as you save it — no need to log out and back in.
- Previewing and downloading documents now works for files whose names contain spaces.
- SoundLine calls now show when they happened in your contact timeline.
- Adding a provider now finds doctors near your client, not only ones registered at their exact zip code — and you can search by city too.
- Automated text messages that your phone provider rejects are now reported as failures, so a message is never shown as delivered when it wasn't.
- When choosing which RingCentral numbers to use, you can now see which of them can send text messages — and you're told plainly if none of them can.
- Automated text messages sent through RingCentral now go out from a number that is able to send SMS, rather than your organisation's main number.
- Your phone numbers no longer appear more than once when choosing which number to send from.
- If your Calendly connection expires, we now tell you to reconnect it rather than quietly missing the bookings.
- The client and quoting forms now work for every client, including those whose household link was never set.
- If you paste an Outlook calendar link that cannot be displayed, we now tell you straight away and point you at the options that do work.
- If an email you send bounces, the address is now flagged on the record so you can see it and fix it, instead of the message quietly disappearing.
- Exporting a large client list is now noticeably quicker.
- Sorting your client list by Company now works again.
- Uploading several documents at once now works when a document date is included.
- A lead you remove now disappears from the Lead Tracker on your agency Dashboard as well as from the Leads page.
- Several buttons that looked washed out or unreadable in Dark Mode now match the panel around them.
Version 1.1124.0
- 2026-08-28
- Error messages now appear reliably when something goes wrong, instead of occasionally showing a blank or garbled message.
- Error messages are now written in plain language instead of occasionally showing technical detail.
- Joining an agency with a code now explains clearly why a code was rejected.
- Problems saving custom links or writing numbers now explain themselves instead of failing quietly.
- When a form can't be saved, the reason now appears against the field that needs fixing.
- When connecting or refreshing an integration fails, you'll now be told, instead of the screen quietly doing nothing.
- When the quoting or AI-mapping service has a problem, the message now says so plainly instead of showing raw technical output.
- Documents you download are now exact copies of the original file.
- Consent forms, Scope of Appointment documents and the client portal no longer depend on outside services to load, so they open reliably on restricted networks.
- Starting an export that's already running, or exporting with filters that match nothing, now explains itself clearly.
- Partner single sign-on setup now explains exactly which step failed instead of showing a technical code.
- Searching LOA commissions for an agent or a whole downline returns results again.
- If you save a policy without picking a plan, we now tell you straight away rather than appearing to save and quietly discarding the change.
- Carriers whose export we cannot validate now show their export guide link again, so it is clearer what file to upload.
- An agency whose upline could not be resolved no longer shows an empty item in the uplines menu.
- Uploading a large carrier file to reconcile no longer fails part-way through.
- Adding an existing staff member to an agency now tells you if their record cannot be found, rather than failing with no explanation.
- Invitation links now work for every agency, including those with a hyphen in their name.
- If part of the profile page fails to load, the rest of the page keeps working instead of quietly losing several features at once.
- Policies that have commission history can now be deleted, along with their linked records.
- If a Scope of Appointment document fails to load, you now get a clear message instead of a spinner that never finishes.
- Uploading a very large carrier file no longer fails while we work out which carrier it is from.
- Adding an address, phone number or email address to a client now works reliably, and tells you if something went wrong instead of just asking you to try again.
- Client notes now keep everything you typed — including prices and comparisons written with a "<" — and formatted notes open in an editor that shows your text rather than raw HTML.
- Hovering an appointment now shows its time in the same am/pm format as the rest of the calendar.
- Sending a text through Dialpad works again, including client portal invites.
- If your Phone.com or RingCentral account has no extensions set up, you can now text from your phone number directly.
- Texting through Twilio, SimpleTexting and TextRequest now asks for the right details — and only the ones your provider actually needs.
Version 1.1123.0
- 2026-08-27
- You can now connect SoundLine to automatically log your calls, texts and call recordings to your contacts.
- If your agency has connected an integration like Phone.com, you can now link to it from your own Integrations settings.
- Your call history now shows each call once, instead of repeating it for every step of the call.
- Calls from Zonitel and Intulse now log with the right time, duration and phone numbers.
- Phone.com calls now always appear in your history, and enrollhere calls show how long you actually talked.
- Outbound TextRequest messages now attach to the right contact.
- Call history now displays for every phone system, including Telefonely and Zonitel.
- No change yet. This removes a hazard from the upcoming Phone.com attribution fix.
- RingCentral text messages now arrive reliably, even when RingCentral sends one with details missing.
- Client lists load noticeably faster, especially for agents with a large book.
- When you attach a web-page or plain-text file to a profile, it now shows as a file icon instead of an inline preview.
- If an automation is set to use an integration that cannot yet run it, the contact's timeline now says so rather than the step just failing.
- Internal change to how we group error reports. No customer-facing effect.
- "Aetna" no longer appears as a place to sync contacts to when building an automation. It was left over from testing and never did anything.
- Opening an appointment to check its details no longer changes the appointment length, and you can now hover over any appointment to see its address and notes without opening it.
- Attaching documents to a bulk email works again. Files you attach are listed correctly, can be removed, and send with the email.
- Sending a bulk email at the same time as a colleague no longer fails with an error.
- Document downloads now require you to be signed in.
- Provider lookup now searches by zip code, so it finds providers in the surrounding area instead of only those whose registered city matches exactly.
- Pages no longer depend on outside services to load, so they work on restrictive networks and are less likely to break.
- Dialpad users can now choose their sending phone number in settings, and texts no longer go out from an invalid number.
- Clearing a client's SSN or income review date now saves correctly instead of showing an error.
- Submitting a lead form with a custom field no longer fails — the lead is saved and the unrecognised field is ignored.
- Typing an invalid date on a dependant, Medicare or note record now tells you which field is wrong, instead of showing a server error.
- An automation whose "move to flow" action has no flow selected now tells you so in the automation log, instead of silently failing.
- Commission statements that include a policy effective date now show it in the imported rows, so you can check it without reopening the spreadsheet.
- Removing a lead from your agency Leads page now keeps it removed, and the lead count updates to match.
- Staff members can sign in with two-factor authentication again.
Version 1.1122.0
- 2026-08-26
- Automations no longer stall when a contact has no lead record or was never synced to a connected app — they now record why they were skipped.
- When you create a new source while importing a sheet, it is now applied to every record that needs it — not just the first one.
- Flow automations can now move only the people already in a flow, rather than adding everyone the automation fires for.
- You can now rename a task participant group and change whether each person in it is a collaborator or a watcher at any time, not just when you first build the group.
- Renaming a document now tells you if something went wrong, instead of looking like it saved when it didn't.
- Adding a phone, address, email or note now fails cleanly with a clear message when something is wrong, instead of erroring out.
- The documents section of a profile now loads reliably, even if you click into it the moment the page opens.
- Downloading your team list as a CSV now works even if a former agent's account has since been removed.
- If an SOA form is opened twice, or was already deleted, saving or deleting it now fails cleanly rather than showing an error.
- Clearing a date range on a commission schedule now saves normally.
- When you sync contacts to HubSpot you can now choose which HubSpot list they land in, instead of the list picker coming up empty.
- No customer-visible change.
- No customer-visible change.
- If an automation is set to text or sync a contact through an app we do not yet support, the contact's timeline now says so rather than the step just not happening.
- Commission schedules are now protected so only you and your agency can change them.
- If an automation tries to send through an app you have disconnected, it now tells you to reconnect rather than showing a server error.
- Choosing "Select..." in the email or letter template dropdown, and opening a saved report that has no filters saved, no longer stop the page responding.
- Picking a Thanks.io image template now returns the template you chose, and a bad day at Thanks.io shows as a clear failure rather than an error page.
- An automation that syncs a contact to an integration now works on every run, not just the first.
- Texting through Twilio now works in automations. A few other integrations can still only be texted through manually, not from an automation, and that is being worked through.
- Calendars now load reliably, and a busy date range loads noticeably faster.
- If you have an automation set to text a contact through Simplii, Intulse or Zonitel, it now sends. Previously the step ran but no message went out.
- Fixed an error on the agent dashboard that could stop parts of the page from finishing loading.
- Moving a whole stage of clients to another stage is now fast regardless of how many are in it.
Version 1.1121.0
- 2026-08-25
- Clicking into a field now places your cursor instead of highlighting everything, so an accidental keystroke can't wipe what's already there. Dragging to select part of a value works properly too.
- The confirmation step before applying commission statement changes is now readable in Dark Mode.
- You can now see and update a client's Fun Facts from the quick profile popout, without opening their full profile.
- Give your flows a category and the flows list groups them under headings, so a long list stays easy to scan.
- Carrier book uploads that previously came back empty — CareSource, LifeShield and others — now import correctly, with accurate policy dates and plan types.
- When you delete a flow, your contacts now leave it straight away — and their flow history is kept, marked as deleted.
- Book reconciliation now recognises clients your carrier lists with just a first initial, so they are no longer reported as dropped off.
- Automations set to run when a client finishes their portal now trigger reliably.
- Sending a ringless voicemail now loads your SlyBroadcast audio files reliably, and tells you what went wrong instead of spinning.
- Searching for a drug by its brand name now shows the generic alternative alongside it, so you can compare both without knowing the chemical name.
- Texts sent through Quo now cost about half as many Quo credits, and if your Quo credit balance runs out the CRM explains why an unlimited Quo plan doesn't cover CRM-sent texts.
- Larger flow stages now load all the way to the last person, and the list keeps its place when you load more.
Version 1.1120.0
- 2026-08-24
- Marking a client reviewed for the plan year can now kick off an automation, and an automation can mark clients reviewed for you.
- LOA agents opening Reconcile Book now get a clear explanation of why reconciliation is run by their principal agent, rather than a comparison of someone else's book.
- You can now delete a flag from your Flags settings. Removing a flag also clears it from any contacts you had tagged with it.
- When adding a provider, you can now search by first name as well as last name to find the right provider faster.
